A rapidly growing Michigan-based cannabis company is seeking an Operations Manager, Delivery to oversee and optimize its statewide delivery operations. Backed by ambitious growth plans that include new retail locations and acquisitions, this organization is investing heavily in operational excellence and is looking for a leader who enjoys building scalable processes and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery operations across multiple teams and departments.
  • Develop and improve operational processes that increase efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
  • Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize routing, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing managers and team members.
  • Create and refine SOPs while ensuring operational consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve communication and execution.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Drive quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations and company policies.
  • Support continued organizational growth by implementing scalable operational practices.
What They're Looking For
  • 3+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading multiple teams and managing complex operations.
  • Strong process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience using data to improve operational performance.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and resource planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving organization.
