Overview
This role is ideal for a hands-on CNC Programmer / Process Engineer who enjoys improving processes, programming complex parts, and supporting shop floor excellence. You will take ownership of machining processes from programming through production, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with a small team of process engineers and collaborate with production and quality teams to support high-precision manufacturing in regulated industries.

Full-Time | Indirect Labor.
Schedule:
Day Shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Occasional overtime on Fridays.
- Program and set up Mill/Turn machines using CAD/CAM software
- Program CNC vertical milling machines as needed
- Improve machining processes to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework
- Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and fixturing for precision parts
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Troubleshoot Machining and process issues on the shop floor
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Train and support machine operators
- Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to meet industry standards
- 3+ years of experience programming Mill/Turn machines for complex parts
- Ability to take apart from concept to stable production process
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mill/Turn focus required)
- CNC vertical milling programming experience preferred
- Strong understanding of machining principles, GD&T, and blueprint reading
- Experience in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive work style
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
