Position: CNC Maintenance Technician - 1st and 2nd Shifts available Featured Oxford, MI

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who thrives on keeping precision equipment running at peak performance?

Barron Industries, a leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MI.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Support robotics and automated systems (experience with robotics is a plus!)
  • Minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with robotics and automation systems
  • Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
  • Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing standards
