Location: NOX METALS
Pay: $41,000 - $52,000 / year salary + company ownership

Position Overview:
As a Factory Operator at NOX METALS, you will be a critical part of our operations team, responsible for supporting high-efficiency production and material handling. You will work within a dynamic manufacturing environment where speed, precision, and safety are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and cranes to safely move metal materials and products
- Perform saw cutting of metal products according to specifications
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing material shipments
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
- Support other production tasks as assigned
- Forklift operation certification or experience required
- Crane operation training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with saw cutting machinery highly valued
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, software-driven environment
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
