About the Role

You’ll support daily warehouse and logistics functions, including receiving, inventory management, equipment support, and outbound shipments. Collaboration with project teams, purchasing, and operations will be key to ensure efficient material management. If you enjoy physical activity, teamwork, and operational impact, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload small packages safely and accurately
• Operate a forklift (training provided)
• Prepare, package, and document outbound shipments
• Deburr small metal parts to standards
• Support specialized equipment like the water jet machine
• Coordinate with purchasing, project teams, and supervisors on inventory needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Success Metrics

• On-time, error-free shipments and receipts
• Accurate shipping documentation
• Minimal downtime for equipment support
• High attendance and reliability
• Positive feedback from teams
