Our commitment to precision and excellence drives our legacy of producing reliable, custom‑engineered components that meet the highest standards.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Process Engineer position located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Process Engineer will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Daily tasks include analyzing workflow, monitoring production systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve process reliability. The role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions to optimize operations within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering, including development, documentation, and optimization of manufacturing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Process Control methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across production systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational performance and resolving technical challenges.
  • Knowledge of Chemical Engineering principles and their application in process development.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing tools and technologies such as CNC machining and inspection equipment is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
