Completes assembly tasks in accordance with standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedule.;
Conducts visual inspections of seats to ensure product and process quality prior to releasing seat to next assembly station.;
Detect and escalate defects in machinery, non-conforming material, or manufacturing process as required.;
Initiatives, recommends, and participates in continuous improvement activities to increase production performance, quality, safety, etc.;
Works in a manner that promotes teamwork among fellow associates.
