Production Operator - Detroit/Plymouth B Shift 6pm - 6am

Webasto is an automotive supplier focused on sustainable mobility solutions. The Production Operator works on the B shift (6pm-6am) at the Detroit/Plymouth facility.

• Operate a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, following Quality and HSE guidelines.
• Remove products from machines, assemble components, and monitor processes, inspecting quality and safety characteristics.
• Escalate any detected concerns or problems (quality and safety) in line with escalation procedures.
• Perform workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) per standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Results‑oriented team player with excellent attendance, high energy level, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work required hours.
• Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained on various processes, machines, and products.
