• Coordinating and tracking progress across five critical operational improvement work streams, including aftermarket service expansion, parts availability improvement, supply chain material cost reduction, lead time reduction, and shop floor operational enhancements.
• Maintaining weekly milestone tracking, KPI dashboards, and risk logs to ensure program success and adherence to schedule.
• Engaging daily with plant leadership, supervisors, and shop floor operators to translate improvement plans into actionable tasks.
• Supporting implementation of standard work, flow improvements, and bottleneck resolutions to hit production targets.
• Tracking supplier actions on cost and lead time reduction and coordinating initiatives to improve parts availability and grow aftermarket revenue.
• Preparing weekly executive updates, workstream status dashboards, and KPI tracking reports for leadership reviews.
• Building and maintaining KPI scorecards, action trackers, and validating data inputs across functions.

• Have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or consulting.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to manage cross-functional projects, track execution, and drive accountability.
• Possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Are willing and able to work on-site in Baraga, MI, 4+ days per week for the duration of the assignment.
• Have experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, aftermarket parts/service, heavy equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Are familiar with SIOP/production planning and ERP systems such as D365.
