• Minimum of 3–5 years machining & industrial sales experience (or equivalent), with a “can do” attitude.
• CNC programming experience and a college degree (engineering/industrial focus) are a plus.
• Interest in machining, optimizing machine shop processes, and using best‑in‑class cutting tool products.
• Competitive spirit and desire to be the best.
