Local TravelThis role will require extensive onsite time within the greater Detroit area and Windsor Ontario.
For interested candidates, travel beyond can be made available to join our teams during other high-profile events.
As an On‑site Control Systems Engineer, you’ll work on mission‑critical systems at our customers sites.
You’ll collaborate with a talented team to:
- Troubleshoot and optimizePLC and HMI applications.
- Design, program, and integrate advanced automated systems.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Lead on‑site commissioning, installation, and system performance tuning.
- Interact with customers to understand processes and pain points.

QualificationsRequired:
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals with:
- A background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, or Industrial Engineering(college or university level).
- Exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Programming experience Ladder Logic
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Programming experience inC, C#, VBA, or SQL.
- Knowledge ofPLCs(Control Logix, Siemens).
- Familiarity withHMIs(e.g., Factory Talk View, WinCC).
- Understanding ofIT/Networking and database applications.
