3rd Shift - Packaging Specialist - Allegan

Description Overview:
Perrigo is seeking Packaging Specialists for 3rd shift. No manufacturing experience required-full training provided.

• Follow SOPs, manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP.
• Operate computer-controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT).
• Perform in-process testing and visual inspections; document results accurately.
• Handle materials using pallet jacks; perform basic utility tasks.
• Clean and prepare equipment/packaging lines (manual and automated processes).
• Complete minor equipment servicing (disassembly, reassembly, setup).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
• Ability to train on various shifts.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

• Excellent attendance/work history.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• 6 months-1 year direct manufacturing experience; or 1-2 years general manufacturing; or 3-4 years non-manufacturing.
