Entry Level CNC Operator

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Entry Level CNC Operator for a client in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you will load materials, run CNC machines, and monitor operations to produce precision parts to specification. You'll perform basic measurements, follow detailed work instructions, and complete routine quality checks. The position includes cleaning and maintaining equipment, recording production data, and working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines under supervision to produce parts to specification
• Load raw materials and tools and set up basic machine parameters
• Monitor machine operation and adjust simple settings as needed
• Perform basic quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or job travelers
• Record production counts, inspection results, and downtime information
• Clean and maintain machines and work area according to safety standards
• Communicate issues with supervisors and maintenance when problems arise
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery targets
