Box Assembler

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking Box Assembly workers to support clients in industrial and light-manufacturing environments. In this role, you will fold, assemble, and tape cardboard boxes, label and stack finished product, and prepare packaging materials for shipment. Duties include following work orders, meeting hourly production goals, and keeping work areas clean and safe. You'll inspect boxes for quality, use basic hand tools or tape dispensers, and follow all safety procedures.

This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and reliably following directions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Fold and assemble cardboard boxes according to specifications
• Tape, label, and stack finished boxes for shipping or storage
• Read and follow basic work orders and production instructions
• Inspect boxes for defects and remove damaged materials
• Meet hourly and daily production and accuracy targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety rules and use required PPEWork on feet for entire shift and lift boxes as needed
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet goals
