Epiroc is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to producing high-quality products that meet Epiroc's standards for safety, reliability, and performance. This position will be based onsite at our Dexter, MI facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship

4:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.

• Layout, position, align, and fit components into the welding fixture as instructed.
• Set up the gas shield, MIG-weld, and weld parts to job specifications.
• Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments.
• Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job tasks.
• Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices.
• Any other duties that fall within the employee’s capabilities.

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience.
• Demonstrated skill level in wire feed (MIG) welding.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand work order routings and instructions.
• Ability to lay out parts using weld fixtures.
