Responsibilities:- Conduct time studies and establish labor standards for manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and optimize production workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD.
- Support line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower planning activities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and launch activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
