We Take Care of Our Team This position offers:

Starting at $17.50/hr, progressing through scheduled increases to $26.00/hr, with a maximum rate of $37.40+ by 2031.Shift Premiums:
Afternoon and Midnight shifts receive a 7.5% premium.

Paid Holidays:
Average of 16 per year.

C.O.L.A.(Cost Of Living Adjustment):
Currently $0.26/hr increase and recalculated quarterly.
401(k) Company Match:
Company match of 75% on a maximum of 8% contribution. New hires will be automatically enrolled at 6%.401(k) Defined Contribution:
Company contribution currently $2.15/hr vacation: 40–200 hours based on years of service (1 year to 20+ years).Paid Absence Allowance (PAA): 56 hours per year; unused days earn $130/day bonus

Use required hand tools and supplied power tools in assigned task assembly.

Comfortable in a dynamic environment where you will have to learn multiple jobs and tasks.

Required

Skills & Experience:

High school diploma (or equivalent)
MUST be open to work any shift

Basic reading and math skills

Basic understanding of engine assembly, design, and function

Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, carry, pull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts

Preferred

Skills & Experience:

Two years of manufacturing experience

Heavy duty truck assembly, automotive assembly or related experience

Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Detroit Manufacturing Plant. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
