Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and robotic welders.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and fixtures.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
- 3+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various welding tools and equipment, including grinders, plasma cutters, and measuring devices
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing environments
- Additional certifications or training
