Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Hilo Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate and stack product.

• Safe and efficient operation of all power operated equipment that requires certification
• Safe and efficient movement of product; including loading and unloading trucks
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment with a forklift
• Work with inventory control on correct product placement
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
• Adhere to housekeeping and visual management standards (5S).
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and procedures.
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns.
• Participate in process improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager.

• A minimum of 1 year experience within a production / manufacturing environment.
• Valid Powered Industrial Truck Permit
• Must be available to work any shift and overtime as required.

• Full Range of Motion (ability to bend and twist while moving parts).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (10 – 12 hours per day).
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift parts from 25-50 lbs.
