Job Description:

A Communications Strategist is a skilled professional responsible for working with business partners to create and execute successful communications campaigns. Requires experience building, managing and executing communications campaigns to achieve company goals.

• Work with business partners to establish communications goals, then design and execute campaigns to achieve those goals.
• Create, edit and deliver communications across a wide variety of formats including email, websites, discussion guides, video and printed materials.
• Deploy communications across earned, owned and paid channels.
• Create communication content that is compelling, accurate, and consistent with the brand.
• Plan social media strategy for paid campaigns on various social channels.
• Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future.

• Experience creating and running communication campaigns
• Adherence to timelines and deadlines, well organized
• Ability to use analytical approaches to improve content, engagement and overall communications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or related field
• Ability to present to business partners and explain results through analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
