Sharpcontra is seeking a dynamic and motivated Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Detroit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing advertising campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate is strategic, client-focused, and has a keen eye for both creativity and detail.

• Develop and pitch advertising strategies to clients based on market research and brand objectives
• Coordinate media buying and placement across appropriate platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and campaign reporting
• Prepare proposals, timelines, and budgets for ongoing and new advertising projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal advertising requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in advertising tools and data analytics platforms
