• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care frameworks
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions collaboratively with physicians, or autonomously based on credentials
• Providing education to patients and their families surrounding preventative care, wellness strategies, and effective disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your practice's boundaries
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management protocols
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, holistic healthcare
• Meticulously documenting patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner academic program

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialization
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
