Title and Compensation

Full‑Time Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

We provide comprehensive primary care for ongoing health needs and urgent care for immediate, non‑life‑threatening issues. Our services ensure continuous, high‑quality care in both routine and urgent situations.

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, monitor effectiveness, and ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to build trust and deliver equitable care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver team‑based care.

• Active Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in Michigan.
• National certification as an FNP‑C.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (but not required).
• Proficiency with eClinical
  
  Works (eCW) is a plus.
