Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess patient needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest technology and working in a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn: $40.40 - $42.40 starting wages!
- Starting rate: $37.00 per hour – New Wages!
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
- Shift Differential – $2.00 per hour on Night Shifts

- Full time or Part Time
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physio‑ and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment to heal and thrive.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree.
- High level of analytical skills for preparing personalized care plans, implementing effective nursing care, and developing solutions to problems concerning patient well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
