About the Position
We are seeking a full-time  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  for a permanent opportunity in  Detroit, MI . This position offers a dynamic  inpatient hospital setting within a Level I Trauma environment , providing exposure to high-acuity and complex surgical cases.

Responsibilities include  pre-anesthesia evaluations, anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, airway management, and post-anesthesia recovery care . The CRNA will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams, participate in scheduled call rotations, and support trauma and emergent case coverage while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards.

Shift Timings:

Weekday night call: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Saturday call: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday 24-hour coverage (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM rotations)

Two call shifts per 6-week schedule

1-hour response time when on-call

Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

Active Michigan RN License (in hand)

BLS & ACLS Certifications

Minimum 1–2 years CRNA experience (no new grads)

Clean malpractice and license history

NPDB Self-Query
