About the Position

• Designated Level I Trauma Center

• High-acuity inpatient surgical environment

• Diverse case mix including trauma and complex surgical cases

• EPIC EMR system

• Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates

• No new graduates or lapsed board certifications accepted

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – REQUIRED (no exemptions)

• Active Michigan RN License – REQUIRED (in hand at presentation)

• ACLS – REQUIRED

• BLS – REQUIRED

• 1–2 years CRNA experience minimum (excluding RN training) – REQUIRED

• Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED

• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED at presentation

• DEA (required prior to start)

• CSR/CDS (required prior to start)

• All certifications must be active at start

• Not accepting candidates commuting more than 1 hour

• Not accepting alternate shift schedule requests
