RN Field Nurse Case Manager – Auto Injury Recovery Advocate

The Mission

In this role, you aren’t just managing a file; you are the bridge between a traumatic auto injury and a successful recovery. As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you act as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care while navigating the complexities of medical and insurance systems. Your clinical expertise and compassionate guidance help injured people heal and return to their lives.

• Advocacy & Coordination:
  Partner with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and therapists to build a roadmap for recovery.
• Direct Support:
  Attend medical appointments with clients to ensure clear communication and timely treatment.
• Holistic Assessment:
  Evaluate the medical and emotional needs of clients to facilitate physical therapy and specialist consultations.
• Professional Liaison:
  Serve as the vital link between the patient, the medical team, and insurance carriers to streamline the claims process.

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in rehabilitation or case management is a plus.
• Mindset: A compassionate, organized professional who excels at multitasking and clear documentation.
• Autonomy:
  Someone who enjoys the flexibility of a field-based role and is comfortable with regional travel.

• CCM, CRRN, CLCP, or CBIS certifications are highly valued.
