Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Beaumont Hospice, you will provide end‑of‑life care and support patients and families throughout the course of treatment.

How You’ll WorkShifts:
10 am to 8 pm, Monday–Friday, with a 10‑hour shift schedule. One weekend a month rotation covering Macomb, Wayne and Oakland counties.
- Plan of Care:
Evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Minimize Patient Risk:
Update doctor orders and administer medication per physician orders. - Continuity of Care:
Coordinate multidisciplinary care and facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges. - Family Educator/Advocate:
Counsel patients and families, involve them in care planning, and listen actively. - Policies:
Complete clinical documentation in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines. - Operations:
Oversee nursing aides and LPNs, attend in‑service training and mandatory meetings.
Compassionate communication, positive attitude, patience, attention to detail, observant, and follows directions.
RequirementsRegistered Nurse license in the state of employment. Minimum one year RN experience in an acute care setting (preferred). Hospice experience desired. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name. Able to meet all physical demands.
