- License/Certifications: Current NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience: Not accepting new graduates; required clinical experience as CRNA
- Pay Rate: $201.00/hour

- Deliver anesthesia care for adult and limited pediatric inpatient surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
- Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
- Respond to emergencies and assist in patient safety initiatives
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
- Current NBCRNA certification and active state license in Michigan
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2+ years of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia and patient management
