• Starting wages: $35.15 – $38.15 per hour based on years of certification
• Shift Premium: $4.00 per hour for 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM; $5.00 per hour for 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – assign duties, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) – licensed in Michigan, current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
