Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – DMC Receiving Hospital – 72 scheduled hours (Nights), FTE 0.9.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers
• Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care
• Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
• Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision‑making activities

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
