Unit Manager Overview

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents.

• Starting wages: $88,000–$90,000 per year
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
• Day shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and evaluation.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding skilled care processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan (RN).
• Current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care planning, implementation, and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
