- Neurosurgical cases OR Staff: RNs, Surgical tech, anesthesia tech, anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists Beds in Dept: 877 Perioperative Services: 25 ORs, 11 endoscopy suites, cardiac cath lab, EP lab, TEE, IR, MRI Trauma Level: I EMR: EPIC Other info: CRNA will work under supervision Travel, lodging, & malpractice insurance covered Requirements: BC MI license BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) Clean record
