Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Higher pay rates $26–$34 plus a 0.75 shift differential. Daily Pay available through a trusted third‑party provider. All shifts (Day, Evening, Night) are available. Flexible schedules for Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or Per‑Diem status.

• Collect required information from new residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Must be able to work effectively as a team member.
• Valid LPN state license.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
