Job Summary
Detroit Medical Center (DMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Infusion Level IV team. The RN will manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services. The role involves leadership, partnership, collaboration, teaching, and supervision.
Schedule36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (e.g., 7:00AM–7:00PM)
Responsibilities- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
- Delegates, assesses, provides, and evaluates patient care.
- Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
- Monitors patient progress and prepares patients for discharge.
- Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making activities.
- Ensures the satisfactory completion of nursing care by the nursing team.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
