Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team! This position is part of the new Clinical Career Ladder for Full Time Employees at Vibra Hospital of SE Michigan – DMC Campus, located in Detroit, MI. The hospital is a 28‑bed Critical Care facility providing acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

Participants in the Clinical Career Ladder are eligible for pay increases after successful completion of the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert Levels. Grow your career with Vibra.

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with applicable Nurse Practice Acts, demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
