Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a hospital setting.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Deliver patient-centered care in telemetry units.
• Use monitoring equipment to track patient vitals.
• Respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Document care accurately and thoroughly.
• Support patient recovery and safety initiatives.
