Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring patient health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information and nursing care provided accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health care or related nursing fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
