Active Michigan RN license required at time of presentation - Shift Type:
Variable day shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours). No on-call or weekend requirements. - Setting:
Hospital-based, Level 1 trauma center; supervised practice with anesthesiologist oversight - Cases:
Adult patients with a limited pediatric population; general surgery, neurosurgical cases, deep sedation/MAC, ventilation management, oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia - Charting/EMR:
Epic - Work experience:
Not accepting new graduates. Only fully licensed providers eligible; cannot be waiting to obtain state license. - Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
- Travel specifics:
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate. No lodging, flights, or rental car coverage provided.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential
- Active Michigan RN license in hand at time of presentation
- NBCRNA board certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) certifications
- Clean malpractice and license history
- NPDB self-query report (pulled within 30 days)
- Willingness to work variable day shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Must be able to work full time
- Indicate interest in endoscopy-only (if applicable) as part of submission notes
- Overtime rate preference must be noted (overtime rate needs to be same as hourly rate or indicate provider is not interested in OT)
- 24/7 dedicated recruiter and credentialing support
- Credentialing assistance and timeline management (estimated 90-120 days)
