Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience in a NICU setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care in alignment with facility standards.
• Collaborate with the facility's leadership to maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Standard orientation required for all new staff.
