This position is based at DMC Sinai‑Grace Hospital.
ResponsibilitiesThe DMC RN is responsible for the leadership, partnership, collaboration, teaching and supervision of the nursing team and for the satisfactory completion of nursing care by that team.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
- Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care.
- Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members.
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
- Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision‑making activities.
Preferred
- BSN degree.
