Not accepting new graduates; must have prior CRNA experience Pay Rate: $201.00/hour Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide anesthesia care for inpatient surgical procedures including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative team members Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with healthcare team Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives What You Need
Required:
Valid Michigan state license (fully licensed, no waiting) Current NBCRNA certification BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Minimum of previous CRNA experience No new graduates Preferred:
