Status: 12 or 24-Hour Shifts | Rotating Shifts (days/nights)

Call/Weekends: No Call. Weekends — averages to every 3^rd^ weekend.

Henry Ford Health is seeking a certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative Neonatal team in Detroit
. This 24-hour position provides the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns. Candidates must be certified as an NNP
. One year of NNP experience is preferred

Employment contingent upon credentialing and completion of Employee Health screening per HFHS policy.

• Certified as NNP
• Licensed in State of Michigan as an RN and NP
• Certified by NCC as a neonatal nurse practitioner
• 1 year experience NNP, preferred
• BLS
• DEA

• Nurse Practitioner (NP):
  Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)

• Current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, in the State of Michigan, or in the process of applying (proof of application required)

• NNP :
  Certification by the National Certification Corporation (NCC)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) — required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) — required (may be obtained after hire)

• NP: DEA registration required through credentialing; NPs do not hold a Michigan CSL and will use their Michigan license number during the application process
