RN - Operating Room

Detroit, MI

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
• Monitor and support competency of clinical staff within the operating room setting
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care in alignment with facility nursing leadership

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing setting
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs in a surgical environment
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to supervise delegated care

• Prior experience supporting nursing leadership or charge nurse responsibilities
• Familiarity with resource management and staffing within a surgical unit
