RN Home Care Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Care nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes in Detroit and surrounding areas of MI. This role involves delivering personalized care, managing patient health plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home care setting
• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or related nursing field
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation to patient locations in Detroit, MI

• Competitive compensation of $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly
