Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Detroit and surrounding areas of MI. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort, health, and well-being.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient health conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and care procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, preferably in home care or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.

• Competitive compensation of $65.00 to $70.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
