Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients per shift.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated, ensuring appropriate nursing care.
• Support facility leadership in maintaining high-quality and safe nursing care.
• Manage clinical staff competency and resource management related to patient care.
