Job Summary

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients on a night shift schedule. The nurse will assess, plan, and implement care, supervise staff, and collaborate with the facility's chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.

  • Required Qualifications:

    Valid nursing license, NICU experience, 1 year of relevant experience, location in or willing to work in Detroit, Michigan, and applicable nursing certifications.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Additional certifications such as AAP or ENA are advantageous.
  • Additional Information:
    The NICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned neonatal patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse is accountable to support the facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and proper resource management related to patient care.

    The position is scheduled to start on 08/24/2026 and is expected to last for 13 weeks.
