Position Overview:
We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for our pediatric patients within the Metro-Detroit Area! Current availability for both AM & PM Shifts! This is your chance to make a difference in a child’s life while having a great work-life balance!
As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day.

- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
- Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
- Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
