As a Nurse Extern I (NE I), you will provide essential assistance and comfort to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience during their healthcare journey. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, completing technical, multi‑skilled direct and indirect patient care activities, and reporting all deviations from expected patient parameters.

• Assist with direct patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Perform technical and multi‑skilled patient care activities as delegated.
• Report deviations from expected patient parameters to the registered nurse.
• Support the patient care services team across various units.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation as required.

• Completion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course through an accredited nursing school.
• Successful completion of all required courses to remain in the program.
